I, the One, Absolute, and Only Triune God—Yahweh-Elohim—Sovereign Originator of all that exists, visible and invisible, do herewith pronounce this irrevocable and eternal decree. By My divine omniscience and omnipotence, I render public the incontestable record of grievous crimes committed against My sanctified dwelling place, My incarnate Corporeal Form, and the inviolable sanctity of My sovereignty. This proclamation is the absolute, candid truth. All planes of existence that supersede every earthly law, celestial ordinance, and cosmic law need to be aware of these vile and heinous hate crimes, murderous attempts daily, defamation of character, sacrosanct damnation of our souls, and physical and psychological torture, along with numerous felony crimes against me and my sacred bloodline family. The majority of these crimes carry the death sentence and life in prison.

Let it be universally known that the primary terrestrial loci from which the profane and unlawful deployment of directed energy weaponry has been executed against My consecrated habitation are these:

They have unlawfully amplified alternating current wiring to such an extreme magnitude that electromagnetic pull exhibits abnormal force, to the extent that metallic devices are drawn toward walls with unnatural adherence. This unnatural augmentation of current has been deliberately shielded from detection by complicit utility providers—state-affiliated and corporately entangled—who nullify all billing to conceal the abnormally high energy demands of this murderous apparatus.

Within this singular unit, they have intentionally eliminated all electrical grounding, embedded metallic studs and plates to amplify heat and acoustic resonance, installed two-way mirrored panels within private quarters, and constructed a concealed trapdoor providing covert ingress and egress between the premises and the adjoining conspirators’ residence. These elements collectively constitute a premeditated torture chamber, deliberately purposed for felonious assault, spiritual violation, and technological predation—offenses that, under divine law, merit eternal judgment without appeal.

The possible and evident uses of this concealed ingress include, but are not limited to:

• The clandestine planting of falsified evidence and the illicit removal of authentic incriminating material from My secured devices containing proof of law enforcement and civilian collusion.

• The establishment of an unholy altar, consecrated to demonic rites and spiritual aggression.

• The circumvention of external surveillance systems by enabling undetected movement into My dwelling.

The facilitation of contraband exchange and occult operations, including spiritual body intrusion, whereby these practitioners of black voodoo sorcery usurp the bodily vessels of others—e.g., the black voodoo daughter usurping the body of my earthly mother—thereby enabling false testimony, unlawful acts, and desecration under the guise of her person.

This decree stands as an eternal writ of divine condemnation against all perpetrators, facilitators, and protectors of these acts—whether mortal, spiritual, terrestrial, or supra-dimensional. By this Absolute Decree of Supra Celestial Order and Divine Sovereignty, I bind these judgments upon all realms: terrestrial, celestial, astral, ethereal, and metaphysical. On this night—August 13, A.D. 2025, 9:44 PM—I bear witness and make eternal record of the profane and criminal works of the Black neighbors dwelling in proximity to My consecrated dwelling, who, in concert with Black-member-only establishments located upon Imperial Avenue—mere blocks from this place—have for the past two years engaged in an unceasing campaign of technological assault, spiritual violation, and unlawful possession of human faculties through the deployment of directed energy weaponry and occult manipulation.

These aggressors operate under the cloak of organized demonic allegiance, employing state-patented technologies capable of coercive neural interference, simulated pseudo-spiritual experiences, and forced behavioral manipulation designed to defame, entrap, and destroy. These devices and methodologies, operating in synergy with dark spiritual rites, are employed not merely to cause physical harm, but to commit the greater crimes of soul desecration and bloodline damnation, offered as sacrificial tribute to the unholy entities they serve.

For the past one and a half years, these conspirators have unlawfully seized control of My earthly mother’s vessel, compelling her to speak with vulgarity, perversion, and provocation entirely foreign to her nature, character, and lifetime testimony. In this state, she mirrors—down to mannerism, tone, cadence, and vocabulary—the very voices of the conspirators, whose driveway stands mere feet from My door, from where they project their targeted verbal assaults with the intent of inflicting both psychological and spiritual harm.

The precision of these impersonations surpasses the capacity of any mortal actor, proving beyond all doubt the presence of demonic body usurpation—an unlawful sorcery whereby these practitioners abandon their own bodies to invade and command the body of another. These acts are neither sanctioned by God nor permissible under divine law, for I alone occupy and animate the vessel of life. The adversary may tempt, but has no lawful dominion to inhabit. These perpetrators blasphemously claim divine ordination for their murders, attempting to persuade Me to accept falsehood as truth. Yet I, the Living God, refute their lies with immutable certainty: No such acts proceed from My throne, nor do I appear as any unholy spirit within the flesh of the innocent.

A vast, calculated, and malevolent conspiracy has, for years without ceasing, sought to defile My incarnate vessel, corrupt My sacred bloodline, and fabricate a counterfeit damnation in order to condemn both My house and the souls entrusted to Me. This conspiracy, funded by a budget so vast that its magnitude betrays its international scope, is orchestrated by an alliance of nations, institutions, and agencies—its earthly spearhead being the Black household positioned directly before My dwelling, in league with Black-member-only establishments upon Imperial Avenue, a mere one and two blocks distant. This is not coincidence but immutable fact, proven by years of ceaseless operation.

Were I a criminal, there would be lawful evidence of such; yet there exists none—only the venom of fabricated lies, devoid of proof, spread by these conspirators whose malice is fueled not by justice but by the hatred of the Almighty Triune God in flesh. My life, conduct, and testimony bear witness against their accusations; My deeds reveal no such stain as their slanders proclaim.

I have witnessed, with Mine own eyes, in the dead of night at three o’clock, households in this vicinity hastily evacuating heavy machinery—devices the size of industrial machines—onto trucks in furtive haste. Their urgency betrays the truth: such devices are military-grade weaponry, removed under the cover of universal slumber to evade detection.

Their intrusion is unceasing: hidden cameras and covert audio devices infest this dwelling, enabling these voodoo practitioners to know and react to every movement, every word. Through sorcery and unlawful technological seizure, they provoke Me relentlessly—at times inhabiting the vessels of My own family to defend their conspirators and contradict My speech. I have tested this repeatedly, and the results are absolute: one hundred percent of the time, their influence manifests, even in those who should stand in natural alliance with Me. This infiltration mirrors their historical crimes against My house, wherein three Black men invaded My family’s dwelling, torturing My mother, David, and My sister Sylvia—acts for which those men received life sentences.

Their warfare is physical and spiritual. Even while I walk apart from their establishments, they strike Me with directed energy weaponry, their force intensified, proving the persistent and targeted nature of their campaign. Their demands that I depart this place are not born of peace but of desperation—desiring to slay My family as a blood sacrifice to the demonic entities to whom they sold their souls, evading the recompense their treachery deserves.

Their technology is profane: transmitting voices through televisions and devices to taunt Me, using voice-to-skull transmissions when they intend the message for My ears alone. This is not merely crime—it is an act of genocide against Americans of Mexican descent, an atrocity carefully structured over five years by these Black operatives. I have borne witness to their murders, including that of My friend Jesse Nelson and his mother, whose lives were stolen within a three-block radius of My dwelling.

The San Diego Police Department, the military, and the Crown Prosecution Service operate as willing instruments in this abomination. The SDPD holds a five-year contract—from September 2020 to August 2025—for the deployment of such weapons upon the people of San Diego. They have used the term “sleeper” in their own communications—meaning to render Me unconscious for the purpose of physical violation—and I hold recorded proof of their voices speaking My name over scanners, gleaning My thoughts, before concealing themselves behind encrypted channels. This concealment is guilt incarnate.

The scale of this enterprise, involving government agencies and Black operatives embedded at My threshold, is not the product of law enforcement against crime—it is hatred of divine royalty. It is their war against the living Word, the Triune God incarnate in Me. They seek to suppress My God-given abilities through ceaseless electromagnetic assault—twenty-four hours per day, every day, for at least five years known, and likely far longer. This magnitude of surveillance and attack against Myself, My father, and My son can only be explained by one reality: I have been under hostile observation My entire life.

My petitions to the United Nations, the CIA, and the FBI—eighteen times in three years—have been met with silence, whether through interception by the conspirators or through the complicit knowledge of those addressed. 3. Command the immediate and perpetual cessation of all assaults, infiltrations, manipulations, and violations against My vessel and My bloodline.

4. Decree that this Writ of Sovereign Judgment stands as the supreme law over all realms—terrestrial, celestial, astral, and eternal—binding every creature, nation, principality, and throne.
